Hasselbeck to get one last shot
Matt Hasselbeck, who has been widely considered to have reached his peak and already played his best years, will be starting for Seahawks for what some think his last time with Seattle, as they are rumored to be looking for their QB of the future in the offseason. The memories of the seahawks last run in the playoffs were tainted by some of the calls made by the officials in the Super Bowl against the Steelers leaving the 12th man a bad taste in their mouth. Hasselbeck who has been under much scrutiny about his health problems and his inconsistentcy on the field, has a chance to prove to all his nay-sayers that he can still peform and play with the best. A run in the playoffs would prove to be significant to Hasselbeck's legacy in Seattle. Most Seahawks fans don't care for Hasselbeck because they think him time is up and his injury problems had caused him to lose alot of support throughout the North West. I personally think he has a little left in the tank and has enough for one last run in the playoff's. Go Seahawks!
